Location

The Golf Resort will occupy about 385 acres of

          Green Belt land          

          to the East of Hoylake

          isolated from it by the railway line.

The Land

This is Green Belt "Good to Moderate" farmland on 
          "Zone 3" flood-plain that includes important 

internationally recognised wildlife and 

plant habitats.


Hoylake Golf Club will be relocated to the Northeast and replaced by a Links Academy with grandstand.
